Return Policy

Thank you for choosing Belle Époque. Your satisfaction is important to us.

We want you to love every item you purchase. If you do not, we can facilitate a return. 

Return Requirements

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • In their original packaging and in saleable condition

  • Unused and unlaundered

  •  Once we have received and inspected your return, we will let you know if your return has been approved. 

  •  Belle Époque reserves the right to decline a return if the product shows signs of damage or misuse unrelated to the manufacturing defect.

Non-Returnable Items

Clearance/final sale items cannot be returned.

Defective Items

If your item arrives defective, we'll replace it at no cost — the $8 return fee will not be applied. Simply return the unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of receipt. Belle Époque reserves the right to decline a replacement if the product shows signs of damage or misuse unrelated to the manufacturing defect.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Return Window & Refunds

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase

  • A flat $8 return fee will be deducted from your refund

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 15 days of us receiving your return

  • Returns after 30 days cannot be accepted

  • Belle Époque cannot process returns for items purchased from third-party sellers
